Barriers to Entry for the Flyer
Customers are met with friction right away when trying to book private flights. Upfront fees are extremely high and the membership models across the industry vary wildly. A standard is needed.
Today's jet cards
If you've been dreaming of jetting to your favorite destination in a private charter, the cost likely comes as a surprise. Becoming a Jet Club member requires an average upfront fee of $100,000 and monthly dues that can add up quickly - it's no wonder these services are usually out of budget for most people!
Too many membership variations
There are over 250 charter companies in the United States alone. Some of them have memberships that customers can buy into, some don't. Some of them charge very large upfront deposits and some don't, however they charge massive monthly dues. The point is, the new customer that would like to begin flying private may need a team of researchers to find the right membership that works for them. A standard is coming.
