Customers and Service Providers to the Platform Charter operations with and without membership models can onboard their fleet and customers to utilize our fleet/customer matching technology. With access to a larger network of members and aircraft, economies of scale bring more profit and lower operating costs. We are focused on reducing empty legs. As we grow, we will be onboarding other luxury travel services. ## 2. Platform and Mobile App Our revolutionary software solution and accompanying mobile app create a powerful marketplace where service providers like charter jet companies, pilots, travel agents, and event planners can collaborate in a secure, decentralized environment. Not only does it facilitate the exchange of value between consenting parties – but the profits generated also support our company operations while rewarding loyal NFT holders! ## 3. Treasury The treasury will be transparent to our NFT members and stakeholders. Revenue generated will be allocated to support our business health and sustained growth. We plan to review and adjust these allocations on a quarterly basis. A major portion of this allocation will be directed to benefit our network of NFT holders. We will use this capital to grow our fleet of aircraft and real estate holdings all of which will be for the use of our members. ## 4. NFT Memberships NFT holders benefit in the form of loyalty “points” awarded for sharing flights, promoting events, organizing trips, etc. The mobile app's platform fees will be used partly to fund community-voted trips and flight segments.
